Job summary

Aurora Lakeland Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care on a three 12-hour shift schedule (Mon/Tue/Wed, 1000-2230) and collaborating with a team of board-certified emergency physicians to ensure patient safety and excellent outcomes.

Applicants must have an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS; ACLS/PALS are required within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and positive experience across the continuum.
