Job summary

MultiCare Covington Medical Center is seeking a staff RN for the evening shift in a hospital-based nursing team. This 0.9 FTE role offers a 12-hour shift with alternating weekends and a multidisciplinary environment that supports professional growth.

Requirements include WA State RN license (MLS allowed), BLS, ACLS/PALS as required, BSN preferred, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. Benefits include sign-on/relocation bonuses, comprehensive coverage, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State
• BSN preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS or PALS certification as required by facility/department
• One year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care per nursing process and hospital policies
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nurses and health-care team
