Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care that recognizes diverse populations and cultural considerations.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe, high-quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Supports performance improvement and adherence to policies, standards, and professional guidelines.
