Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department at Kennestone Hospital on PT nights (7pm–7am). You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include an active Georgia RN license, 5 years of RN ER experience, BLS, PALS, TNCC and ACLS certifications. AASN/ASN or BSN is preferred. Join us to support compassionate care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license and current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with ER/acute care preferred.
• ASN or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process for individualized patient care using evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting culture and diversity.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shifts and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Maintains current clinical practice standards and accurate documentation.
• Coordinates safe, high-quality care and supports care team collaboration.
• Engages in performance improvement and shared governance activities.
