Job summary

Atrium Health University City Emergency Department in Charlotte, NC seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced ED. You'll apply the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care, guided by established standards and policies.

This full-time, 11a-11p shift requires at least 6 months RN experience (not for new grads), an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and 1 year inpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing program completion and an active RN license.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience; not for new graduates.
• Banished: ACLS required within 6 months of hire; BLS required.
• Typically 1 year inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe environment and high-quality patient experience.
