Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care medical-surgical experience required, ED experience preferred.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
• ACLS certification required; PALS preferred and to be obtained within twelve months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient-centered emergency care across a wide range of conditions.
• Utilize Nursing Process and ENA standards to guide care.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, technicians and specialty teams.
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring compassionate, holistic care.
• Follow infection control practices and complete mandatory education requirements.
