Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Milton is seeking registered nurses for our fast-paced, collaborative Emergency Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton. You will deliver direct, patient-centered emergency care in a community hospital setting with a focus on teamwork and compassionate care.

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, you will use nursing processes, follow ENA standards, and work with physicians, technicians, and support staff to ensure safe, timely care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care medical-surgical experience required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must pass basic medication test prior to hire and a tele test by end of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient- and family-centered emergency care across a wide range of conditions.
• Use Nursing Process and ENA standards in practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, technicians, and specialty teams to ensure quality care.
• Demonstrate leadership in small projects, committees, or orientation programs.
