Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to join our 26-bed ED team serving Washington and surrounding communities. The role supports adult and pediatric emergency care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Eligible candidates can earn up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and benefit from Mercy's Stay Premium program, weekend differentials, and comprehensive benefits from Day One.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (Missouri or compact) is required.
• Experience in Emergency Department, Critical Care, ICU, Trauma, or Acute Care nursing.
• Strong assessment, triage and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
