Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week with a 11:00am–11:00pm shift. Join a dedicated team and enjoy shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Eligible clinicians can receive a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, tuition reimbursement, day-one medical/dental/vision, and employer-matched retirement. Live within 45 minutes of the hospital to qualify for the program.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (or within 30 days)
• Unit-specific certifications may be required

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality
