Mercy Hospital Washington's Emergency Department is seeking an experienced ED RN to join our 26-bed team. You will perform rapid patient assessment, triage, stabilization, and management of high-acuity cases, collaborating with physicians, Paramedics, and support staff to deliver lifesaving care in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a robust compensation package with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, an additional weekend differential, Day-One medical, dental and vision coverage, tuition

Qualifications

• Current RN License (Missouri or Compact).
• Experience in Emergency Department, Critical Care, ICU, Trauma, or Acute Care Nursing.
• Strong Assessment, Triage, and Critical Thinking Skills.
• Ability to Lift, Push, and Pull Up to 50 Pounds; thrive in fast-paced environment.
