Job summary

The Richland Hospital in Richland Center, WI is seeking an emergency medicine physician to evaluate, stabilize, and treat patients in a Level III ED. You will triage, perform life-saving interventions, interpret tests, and coordinate with specialists.

This 0.66 FTE, on-site role requires a Wisconsin medical license, Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, and DEA certification. You will develop care plans, admit patients, and document care while upholding HIPAA and ACEP CE standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO).
• Licensure: Valid Wisconsin medical license.
• Certification: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Experience: Proven clinical skills as an emergency medicine physician.
• Other Requirements: Meets ACEP continuing education standards; credentialed for hospital and third-party payer approval.
• Communication: Strong communication and decision-making skills; HIPAA confidentiality.

In this role, you will evaluate, manage, stabilize, and triage patients in accordance with medical protocols, Wisconsin Statutes, and Federal Regulations. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency care, including life-saving interventions, diagnostic evaluations, and coordination with other medical professionals.
