Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and input demographic, insurance, and other information into registration software.
• Verify eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations for services rendered.
• Coordinate with ED nurses to ensure timely triage and patient flow.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and collect payments or deposits as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate cross-functional communication and proper documentation of encounters.
