Job summary

Qualifications

• Current certification as a North Carolina Paramedic.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required; Neonatal Resuscitation Provider preferred/required within 6 months if applicable.
• Successful completion of an NCOEMS approved Paramedic Course or USDOT-centered course.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on ALS I, ALS II, or BLS transports within scope.
• Document and maintain accurate medical records and communicate essential information to the healthcare team.
• Complete vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance; restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with continuing education outreach and provide preceptor support to staff and learners.
