Mercy Health – Perrysburg Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Unit Leader for the Emergency Department. The Lead RN/Charge Nurse coordinates patient care on the ED unit in collaboration with the Clinical Manager, promoting excellence in practice and patient satisfaction while ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred)
• Certifications depending on unit (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on a designated unit.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor staff and serve as a preceptor when needed.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and quality patient experience.
