Mercy South Emergency Department is seeking a Graduate Nurse Residency RN to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process in a Level II Trauma Center with Level I Stroke and STEMI capabilities. The role supports patient advocacy, rights, and confidentiality while coordinating across departments and maintaining high clinical standards.

This full-time residency at Mercy South is 36 hours per week, night shift 6:00pm-6:30am, with upcoming start dates on September 28, 2026 or January 18, 2027.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Missouri RN license or compact licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités
