Job summary
Mercy South Emergency Department is offering a Registered Nurse (RN) Graduate Nurse Residency program. The 36-hour weekly schedule includes night shifts (6:00pm–6:30am) with upcoming start dates and a Level II Trauma, Level I Stroke and STEMI designation. Beneficial incentives, extensive training, and a 16-week residency support your transition from graduate to skilled clinician.

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Licensure: Missouri RN license and/or compact licensure.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintains professional accountability.
- Coordinates patient care with other departments and monitors care effectiveness.
- Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
- Adapts to Mercy Service Standards in daily duties and outcomes.
