Nebraska Methodist Health System in Council Bluffs, IA seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary health care in the Methodist Jennie Edmundson Emergency Department. You will perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

Rotating 12-hour shifts; work schedule includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must maintain ARNP licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other certifications; prior ER experience preferred; strong

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required.
• ARNP licensure and current, valid multi-state license or compact license.
• NIH Stroke Scale training may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary health care using assessment and diagnostic processes.
• Develop and implement treatment, follow-up, and evaluation plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines; coordinate referrals and care.
