Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is recruiting Emergency Department Nurses to support the Chillicothe VA Medical Center in Chillicothe, OH. Multiple shift schedules are available and subject to change by Ansible or its customers. Requirements include an accredited RN program (BSN or ADN), active RN license, BLS and ACLS per AHA, and at least 1 year of ER RN experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program (BSN or ADN).
• Current Registered Nurse license in at least one US state or DC.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS certification required.
• At least 1 year ER RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all elements of the nursing process in direct patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care based on age-specific needs.
• Coordinate care across the continuum and support patient education and transitions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to influence outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Participate in unit and program quality improvement and customer service initiatives.
