Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with license in Ohio or a compact state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an Emergency Department is essential.
• Must work well in high-stress, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency triage and rapid patient assessments.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions.
• Operate cardiac monitors, defibrillators, and emergency equipment.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and initiate lifesaving measures.
• Assist with procedures and patient stabilization.
• Document care accurately and timely in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
