Hartford Hospital is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner (RN) to lead education and competency development for emergency department staff. The role collaborates with ED nursing leadership to foster professional growth and standardized practice within Hartford HealthCare’s system.

The ideal candidate has a nursing license, a bachelor's degree with enrollment in a Master’s program (one degree in Nursing), and at least 3 years of acute care experience with teaching exposure.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and enrollment in a Master's program with degree completion within two years, nursing must be one degree.
• One year of teaching experience, nursing professional development and/or specialty area preferred.

• Collaborates with Emergency Department nursing leadership on competency management and onboarding.
