Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Satisfactory completion of an Emergency Technician Training program or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe, record and report patient information accurately.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Maintain a clean, safe unit and environment per hospital policies.
• Lead daily activities and coordinate staff scheduling.
• Provide training and feedback to staff on job performance.
• Support RN-directed patient care and emergency responses as needed.
