Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Department Manager to lead our Emergency Department. You will supervise nursing staff as Charge Nurse and drive clinical excellence in a 29-bed ED with trauma, OB/GYN, cardiac, obstetric and medical beds.

This role partners with the ED Director, Medical Director and hospital administration to ensure care meets standards, supports staff development, and fosters autonomy, accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Degree in nursing required for leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff as ED Charge Nurse.
• Lead trauma program development and ensure care standards.
• Collaborate with ED leadership and hospital administration.
