Job summary

TriHealth’s Clinton Regional Hospital in Wilmington, OH seeks an Emergency Department & Electrocardiography Tech to support ED operations during the mid shift (10:00 am–10:30 pm). You will transcribe orders, perform EKGs, collect specimens, transport patients, and help maintain a safe, efficient environment under RN supervision.

This role emphasizes teamwork with nurses and physicians, adherence to infection control, and participation in preceptor programs and unit committees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control protocols.
• Strong communication and reliability in completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document basic patient care procedures to support ED operations.
• Transcribe verbal orders, perform EKGs, and submit tracings into EMR/Tracemaster.
• Collect blood specimens within competency guidelines.
• Transport patients safely and promptly to support throughput.
• Maintain safety and infection control, report hazards as needed.
