• Strong communication, analytical, and fiscal management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff (RN, CNA, HUC) and ensure clinical competence.
• Collaborate with physicians, Department Director, Medical Director, and other clinicians.
• Lead department initiatives in quality improvement and trauma service goals.
• Develop and maintain department policies; ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation.
