• Organizes and prioritizes clinical duties with direct supervision of staff.
• Collaborates with physicians and leadership to address patient needs.
• Supports a patient-centered culture with rounding, AIDET, and bedside shift reporting.
• Participates in performance improvement, Lean activities, and policy development.
