Job summary

The position requires an RN license in Idaho, an associate degree in nursing (or enrollment in a BSN program within 6 months), and current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years nursing experience.
• RN license in Idaho.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients.
• Supervise clinical staff (RN, CNA, HUC).
• Ensure competence in procedural skills and patient education.
• Organize and prioritize clinical responsibilities.
• Collaborate with physicians and department leadership.
• Communicate with hospital staff regarding patient needs and quality indicators.
• Lead staff development activities and orientation.
• Provide department leadership in the absence of the Department Director.
• Identify areas for process improvement and support performance improvement initiatives.
