Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records and systems; prepares information for processing.
• Types and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, and other written communications.
• Communicates in person, by telephone, and by email; screens visitors as needed.
• Assists with meetings, conferences, programs, and events.
• Maintains filing systems; orders and stocks supplies.
• Enters data into computer databases and verifies accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
