Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize patient charts and records.
• Answer call lights and notify nursing staff of patient needs.
• Coordinate with outside hospitals to obtain medical records and relay critical information.
• Communicate with Charge Nurse and Team Leader to support timely communications to medical teams.
• Perform clerical duties to support patient care and departmental operations.
