Qualifications

• Five years of leadership experience in emergency or critical care.
• Current Montana RN license or qualifying multistate license.
• Strong healthcare leadership, operational and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead two critical areas of patient care.
• Develop and mentor leaders and frontline teams.
• Drive quality, safety, and operational improvement.
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders.
