Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day dispatch operations and staffing.
• Oversee scheduling, training, QA, and staff development.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS via CAD and radio networks.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly and responders dispatched correctly.
• Manage performance, conduct QA audits, and address complaints.
• Maintain department policies and confidentiality.
