Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatches emergency and non-emergency calls to responders using CAD, radio, and phones.
• Operates CAD, multi-line phones and radio console; types using keyboard.
• Maintains NCIC/records access and performs checks as required by procedure.
• Monitors CCTV, alarms, and alert officers as needed across campus and surrounding areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the department.
