Responsibilities

• Receives emergency calls by telephone or radio and dispatches personnel and equipment.
• Maintains records and logs; enters data into computer systems.
• Operates monitoring equipment and CCTV to support Public Safety.
• Performs clerical duties and processes payments for licenses and permits.
• Assists with other related tasks as needed.
