Responsibilities

• Receives emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatches appropriate police, fire or sheriff units.
• Operates 911 lines, Text-to-911, non-emergency lines, and CAD systems.
• Maintains accurate records and coordinates with agencies, hospitals, and utilities.
• Monitors and uses MULES, NCIC, CAD, and other search tools for investigations.
• Assists with training of new radio operators and supports department missions.
