Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Background history may be considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and the public while carrying out site-specific security procedures at a government healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, public areas, parking locations, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy concerns, and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
