Job summary

Promedica Fremont Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Center in a part-time, day-shift role. You will coordinate patient care and collaborate with the health care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered outcomes.

The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care while engaging with patients and families to support comfort and safety in an acute setting.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.
• At least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis and care plan.
• Plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care provided.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Coordinate communication with patients, families and the health care team.
