Responsibilities

• Mentor Delivery Managers and surge roster members on response systems and operational best practices
• Contribute to strategic direction and resource planning for the Delivery team
• Oversee design and implementation quality with an emphasis on iteration and learning
• Support onboarding and readiness of internal and external surge staff for deployment
• Develop tools, protocols, and documentation to strengthen response capabilities
• Define, track, and report operational efficiency metrics for performance improvement
