MultiCare’s Off-Campus Emergency Department in Lacey is seeking an Emergency Services Technician. The role supports patient care and clinical procedures within a team of practitioners, delivering safe nursing care and enhancing patient experiences.

Requirements include WA CNA/NA-R/MA-P/MA-C or EMT training, current BLS, and ability to obtain MA-P/NA-R as required by location. Part-time, 12-hour shifts, and varied schedule. Join a team committed to compassionate care.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current WA CNA/NA-R/MA-P/MA-C or EMT training required.
• MA-P or EMT must obtain NA-R within 180 days of hire.
• CNA, NA-R, or EMT must obtain MA-P by a specified date as per location.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in providing direct patient care as directed by health care practitioner.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and aesthetic environment.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff; advocate for ethical, holistic care.
