McLaren Health Care is seeking an Emergency Services team member to contribute to patient-centered care under the supervision of a Nurse. The role involves daily work from 7:00am to 7:30pm on the day shift, with a full-time schedule, and focuses on direct patient care activities and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, ensuring HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and delivering compassionate support to patients and families.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• CENA training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs day-to-day patient care activities delegated by the RN.
• Delivers compassionate support and assistance to patients and families.
• Provides physical support for daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Ensures compliance with health care regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment and follows infection-control policies.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
