Job summary

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Case Manager in our Care Management department. The EDCM will exercise independent judgement in case management for ED patients and collaborate with physicians to ensure appropriate levels of care using clinical guidelines.

Graduate of an approved nursing program with WV RN license; BSN or Master's degree preferred. Five years of hospital nursing experience including care management, discharge planning, and resource management; BLS required.

Qualifications

• BSN or Master's degree preferred, not required.
• Five years nursing experience including care management, discharge planning and resource management.
• BLS certification is required.
