Qualifications
18 years or older.
Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English.
Must pass pre-hire testing and background check.
Must pass pre-hire drug screening and subject to random drug testing.
Responsibilities
Screen emergency and non-emergency calls.
Gather and input information accurately into software programs.
Dispatch fire and medical first responders.
Implement best practices following IAED guidelines.
Communicate with first responders using multiple means.
