Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English.
• Must pass pre-hire testing and background check.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screening and subject to random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Screen emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Gather and input information accurately into software programs.
• Dispatch fire and medical first responders.
• Implement best practices following IAED guidelines.
• Communicate with first responders using multiple means.
