Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Valid Florida driver's license required.
• Typing speed of 25 wpm and 80% score on the exam.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and emergency service requests as the first contact.
• Screen requests to determine necessary actions, coordinating with law enforcement.
• Support the dispatch process and monitor calls requiring law enforcement dispatch.
