Job summary

CompuGroup Medical seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable software delivery and resilient operations. You will monitor health, performance, and incidents, while ensuring HIPAA compliance across infrastructure.

Work involves managing datacenter infrastructure with potential move to Azure/AWS, handling configurations and secrets, and coordinating patches with IT. Hybrid work options are available in a modern CGM environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Subversion, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus preferred.
  • Experience supporting SOC 2 or HITRUST audit processes a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery.

  • Ensure all infrastructure and deployments meet HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards.
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure (CGM hosted datacenter, potentially moving to Azure/AWS in future).
  • Manage configuration, secrets, and environment pipelining across dev, staging, and production environments.
  • Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance window tasks and system patches with IT teams.

Your Contribution:
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery
