Dandy is transforming the dental industry with a global events program designed to modernize and amplify the brand through in-person experiences. We seek a Marketing Event Lead to own end-to-end logistics for 30+ events annually across EMEA, driving pipeline and measurable outcomes while collaborating with Growth Marketing and Sales teams.

You will manage pre/post-event activities, optimize campaigns, and oversee budgets and post-show follow-up to maximize ROI and brand impact.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing.
• Proven success planning and managing trade shows and field events.
• Exceptional project management: highly organized, detail-focused, results-driven.

Mansioni

• Manage tier 3 trade show logistics for 30+ events a year across EMEA.
• Own hosted and field events from planning to reporting with data-driven insights.
• Lead pre-event kickoff calls with onsite teams for successful in-person experiences.
