Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Support – EMEA to lead and develop the regional Sales Support team. You will manage customer orders through bookings and delivery coordination, ensuring high-quality service to partners and customers while modernising processes with automation and AI.

You will guide the team through challenges, improve cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT, and drive continuous performance improvements in a rapidly growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, or similar.
• 3+ years of people-management experience with coaching and improving team performance.
• Experience managing operational performance and KPIs, including SLAs and workload management.
• Strong process improvement mindset with ability to implement sustainable improvements; use of automation/AI is a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Sales Support team, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and building a culture of ownership, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Sales Support operations across EMEA, ensuring efficient order processing, timely bookings, high-quality service, and consistent performance against SLAs.
• Monitor and improve operational performance, using data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, manage workloads, reduce recurring issues, and ensure the team delivers consistently.
• Drive process improvements and modernisation, challenging existing ways of working, simplifying workflows, and introducing automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to improve cross-functional coordination, resolve operational challenges, and strengthen the experience for partners and customers.
• Act as a hands-on leader, supporting the team with complex issues and escalations, providing guidance when needed, and ensuring the team has the tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
