• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MSc preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in professional education or healthcare program management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements in EMEA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional education programs including cadaver labs, symposia, and digital learning.
• Translate global strategy into localized execution aligned with regional priorities.
• Develop programs communicating clinical and economic outcomes of technologies.
• Improve education processes, tools, and delivery models for scalability.
• Standardize planning, tracking, and reporting across the region.
• Leverage digital platforms to expand reach and impact.
• Build relationships with KOLs, faculty, and clinical partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of programs and vendor coordination.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory standards and budgets.
