Job summary

The position requires 5+ years in healthcare education, fluency in English, and the ability to travel 40–60% across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MSc preferred.
5+ years in professional education, sales training, or healthcare program management.
Experience managing complex HCP education programs and engaging clinical stakeholders.
Strong healthcare compliance knowledge for EMEA markets.
Fluency in English; additional European languages encouraged.
Willingness to travel 40–60% across the EMEA region.
Ability to collaborate with vendors, cross-functional teams, and senior management.
Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Lead regional professional education programs (cadaver labs, symposia, speaker programs, digital learning).
Translate global strategy into localized execution aligned with regional priorities.
Develop programs communicating clinical, economic, and value-based outcomes.
Improve education processes, tools, and delivery models for scalability and efficiency.
Standardize planning, tracking, and reporting across the region.
Leverage digital platforms to expand reach and effectiveness.
Build and maintain KOL networks and regional faculty pipelines.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance.
