Job summary

You will shape regional campaigns, collaborate with product and sales to localize messaging for key European markets, drive lead generation, measure ROI, and travel across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility across regional or global functions.
• Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing regional/global marketing functions.
• Strong expertise in B2B marketing (SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred).
• Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Set and own EMEA marketing strategy, influencing global approach across regions.
