Qualifications

• 3–5 years of travel industry experience (TMC/OTA/hotel).
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of hotels and regional chains to maximize partnerships using data insights and revenue management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.
• Stay informed on market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Attend events and conferences as needed, with occasional evening schedule changes.
• Travel within the DACH region ~1–2 times per month to meet partners and represent the company.
