Job summary

G-P, a leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platform, is hiring an HR partner to advise on complex employee matters across EMEA. You will own the full employee lifecycle and ensure smooth operations and compliance.

In this role you will lead end-to-end TUPE processes across UK and Ireland, manage consultations and data audits, and drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR workflows in a remote-first, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with UK/Ireland TUPE expertise.
• Deep knowledge of regional labour laws across UK/Ireland/EMEA.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end TUPE processes across UK/Ireland.
• Manage consultations, data audits, and transfer-related cases.
