Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Field Applications Engineer responsible for supporting EMEA customers. This role requires extensive experience in FPGA design, project management, and customer communication. You will act as a trusted advisor, manage projects, and lead technical discussions while demonstrating commitment to company values. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and proficiency in English are required. The position may also involve liaising with international customers.
Qualifications
7+ years' experience in FPGA and/or ASIC design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent English and respective national language.
Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
Acts as a credible technical advisor to customers.
Manages customer projects end-to-end, including timing and risks.
Leads complex technical discussions with customers.
Drives alignment across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Support.
